Shipping
We take pride in our shipping. All orders are packed carefully in sturdy boxes to avoid damage in transit.
Shipping is available in the continental United States at a flat rate of $10 per order and free shipping for orders over $200. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States.
Heavy or large items may be subject to additional shipping fees.
We ship via UPS ground.
Orders are processed within 48 hours and typically arrive to you within 5 to 10 days. Expedited shipping is not available.
Revelry Toys is not responsible for late or missing orders due to carrier error, nor for customer errors when inputting the shipping address. Please contact us ASAP at [email protected] or 847-852-7944 if you notice an address error.
We will provide you with tracking information to your provided email address.
We want you to love your order! If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us at hello@revelrytoys.com or 847-852-7944 within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will do everything we can to make it right.
If you’d like to return an item to us, we will refund the original cost of the item, minus the original shipping cost. Items must be in original, unopened packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Returns/exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 7 days of receiving the order.
If your item is damaged or defective, or if there was an error on the retailer’s end, please contact us within 7 days of shipment receipt. We will send a replacement, as soon as it is available, and provide a return label for the defective item. If you’d like to return and refund the item instead of receiving the replacement, the normal return policy applies.
Shipping fees and surcharges are non-refundable.
All sale items are final sales; no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted. "Sale" items include any item that has been discounted for any reason such as "clearance" or seasonal event discounts. These items will be clearly marked on our website.

We make significant customer service efforts to ensure that customers leave our shop with a product that the recipient will value and enjoy, so we expect returns, refunds, and exchanges to be rare and with good cause.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. If a record of sale cannot be established through a receipt, the refund may be denied.
Items awarded through our Treasure Rewards program can not be returned.
All "Sale" items are final. Sale items are items that have been discounted for any reason including "Sidewalk Sales" and other seasonal clearance events.
